10000 Raingardens for Scotland

We are pleased to be launching our pilot project in Glasgow as we set out to encourage local residents, businesses and organisations to support our goal of creating 10,000 raingardens for
Scotland.
Raingardens slow down water flow to help avoid flash flooding and filter out contaminants picked up from hard surfaces before releasing it back into the water cycle. They also support biodiversity and are a great way for people to contribute to enhancing Glasgow’s greenspaces using their own garden or land at their place of work.
