The Lost Woods Project

‘The Lost Woods’ are Glasgow National Park City supporters and we were delighted to help support and promote their project which began in January 2020. In March they delivered tree seed packs to every primary school in Glasgow, to enable children to grow oak trees from acorns, bringing climate optimism and learning to life. Resources and lesson plans have been carefully designed by teachers, to fit to the Curriculum of Excellence for each primary school level. Each pack also included a signed copy of the book ‘The Promise’ by author Nicola Davies, a powerful allegorical tale rooted in the belief that our relationship to nature is vital and needed now more than ever. The trees will eventually be planted in various selected sites which we are naming ‘The Lost Woods’, creating spaces which will benefit the community and environment.

As Alex Mackenzie from the Lost Woods puts it: The Lost Woods aims to connect children to nature and help them rewild their City so we fully share the vision of Glasgow National Park City. The happy city, the green city, and the low-carbon city are the same place, and we can all help build it.

You can find out more about the project on their website or by watching this great short film:

Not at all like the flexible arrival of the game, this transformation has no uncensored visit, which addresses a threat to kids. The explanation of the game lies in forwin11.download its name, where you'll get things through the gacha structure, which works like a lottery. As you play, your storage room will broaden, and you'll have more characters open.
